Home Base
Hudson, FL
Pasco County
Hudson is home base for Atinez, and our shortest drive of the week. Coastal Pasco County homes sit close enough to the Gulf that salt air, wind-driven rain, and standing water go after balcony and deck membranes year-round.
Tampa's mix of high-rise condo balconies, Bayshore-area waterfront homes, and dense older neighborhoods gives us a steady stream of fiberglass work — much of it repairs to membranes that were never installed to handle Florida rain.
St. Petersburg sits on a peninsula with water on both sides, and it shows in the deck work. Salt exposure from two directions plus intense afternoon sun make UV-stable fiberglass the practical choice for balconies and pool decks here.
Clearwater's beachfront and Intracoastal properties face some of the harshest surface conditions in the region. Direct Gulf exposure, blowing sand, and constant humidity make seamless fiberglass the only membrane we recommend here.
Sarasota's architecture rewards a clean finish. Between Longboat and Siesta Key condos and the city's design-conscious residential stock, gel coat quality and colour matching matter as much as waterproofing performance.
Orlando trades salt air for sheer rainfall and sun. Daily summer storms and year-round UV put balcony membranes and pool deck surfaces under constant load, and inland does not mean easy on a coating.
Kissimmee's vacation-home corridor runs on pool decks and balconies that see heavy guest traffic year-round. Surfaces here need to be waterproof, genuinely non-slip, and quick to clean between bookings.
Wesley Chapel's newer master-planned communities are now old enough that first-generation balcony coatings and builder-grade shower pans are reaching the end of their service life — and homeowners are finding out the hard way.
Land O' Lakes properties sit around a lot of water, and lakefront homes with elevated decks and screened lanais give us steady work — most of it waterproofing surfaces that sit directly over living space.
Spring Hill is a short run north from our Hudson shop, and its large stock of established homes means a great deal of our work here is repair and restoration rather than new installation.
New Port Richey's canal and riverfront neighborhoods put a lot of decks close to the water. Combined with a mature housing stock, that makes waterproofing repair the bread and butter of our work here.
Tarpon Springs has a genuine working waterfront and a housing stock with real age to it. Both are good environments for fiberglass — a material the local marine trades have trusted for generations.
Madeira Beach is barrier-island living — Gulf on one side, Intracoastal on the other, and almost every property with an elevated deck or balcony taking salt spray from somewhere.
Brandon is suburban Hillsborough at scale — a large inventory of family homes with pool decks, screened lanais, and second-floor balconies that all eventually need a waterproof surface that actually holds.
Riverview has grown quickly, and its newer communities are now hitting the age where first-generation coatings and builder shower pans start to give up. We handle both, plus new lanai and pool deck installs.
Lakeland sits between Tampa and Orlando and gets weather from both directions. Its lakes keep humidity high, and its older neighborhoods hold a lot of deck and porch surfaces overdue for real waterproofing.
Crystal River marks the northern edge of our service area. Its spring-fed waterways and Gulf access mean waterfront homes with docks, elevated decks, and constant moisture exposure.
