Rolling fresh product over a delaminated deck buys a season. We trace the actual leak path, replace damaged framing, and laminate repairs into the existing membrane.

Sometimes a repair is enough and sometimes it genuinely is not. We will tell you which at the estimate rather than discovering it halfway through and revising the price.
